As the Manor of Hope community takes on its intentions for 2019, mindfulness will be incorporated throughout the work that it does.
The benefits of mindfulness on our mental and spiritual health are well documented. Mindfulness’s rightful place in the recovery process is also well known, and is being used throughout the world to help those suffering from addiction.
We will look forward to building on these efforts through our own house discussions, writing reflections, daily habits, retreats and excursions related to the spiritual practice of mindfulness.
