This Sunday the guys continued the tradition of attending their Yoga for Recovery practice in Philadelphia.

The guys practice what is called Baptiste Yoga™ which is a type of hot power yoga. It was developed in the 1940’s by Baron Baptiste, who says it is focused on asana (poses), meditation, and self-inquiry and is intended to be adaptable to any level of physical ability.manor of hope yoga class
