Kyle’s dad talks about the Manor of Hope program and how much joy it’s brought to his son and his family.

From the video:

You just do such a good job and it just shows in the kids that get through this program.

“When I brought Kyle’s clothes down to him and the first words you said to me was “Kyle’s a great kid! He’s doing great!” and the excitement in your voice was just comforting to me.

I know Kyle was so eager to get involved in the activities and going down to Washington DC, and then up to the Poconos. He just loved the things that you provided for him. And the things that the Manor of Hope does to keep these guys on track, and keep their minds where they need to be. And find the simple things in life that give them joy and give them positive reinforcement.

Hey, there’s plenty of stuff to do besides being addicted to alcohol or drugs that doesn’t make you happy in the end, but the stuff here at the Manor really sets a good base to get them back to enjoying life – a sober life.

And you just do such a good job and it just shows the kids that get through this program. We’ll always be thankful for the job that the Manor of Hope and the staff has done for Kyle and the joy you brought him and to our family.”
